SBD – Scarlet Bare Durafoam
Our SBD series of foam products are constructed with the same flexible, high quality polyurethane foam as our RBS. The SBD series are available in 8lb. & 10lb. densities. All SBD are available in bullet style, double dish style or balls.
For anything harder than 10lb. density, we can also offer 20lb-80lb. which can be comparable to the hardness of urethane.
SBD poly pigs are normally used for heavy drying and can run for approximately 2000 MI or 321 KM, but have been known to last longer.

SBD sizes range from 1/2″ up to 48″ and can be made with a bullet nose or a bi-directional or double dish style. Please note; larger sizes above 30″ are only available in double dish.
Additions can be added such as: nylon pull rope on one end or nylon pull rope on both ends. We also offer aircraft steel cable and/or chain on one end or both ends. We can customize to suit your needs.
Lengths of SBD can be adjusted, but are usually 2 times the O.D.
